Geotechnical Engineer – Southern Region

Mr. Levine is a geotechnical engineer with more than 8 years experience.  He is a Washington State licensed and registered Professional Engineer with current responsibilities including geotechnical investigations, earthwork construction consulting and project management for geotechnical and civil construction projects, as well as regional manager of MTC’s Southwest Geotechnical Engineering Division.  His geotechnical experience includes bearing capacity, infiltration analysis, foundation design recommendations, earthwork recommendations, and density testing of soil.  His consulting experience includes geotechnical investigations, groundwater issues, slope stability analysis, and retaining walls.  Mr. Levine has conducted groundwater investigations and mitigation of crawl space water issues.  He has completed numerous geotechnical investigations for residential development in Mason and Thurston Counties; coastal landslide investigations along the Puget Sound, and infiltration testing in the greater Puget Sound Region.  He has also monitored the construction QA/QC of the alternative final cover for the Milliken Landfill in Ontario, California.
